We are pleased to announce the introduction of a new product to our offer: the SCO-250 cellular sluice. SCO-type sluices, compared to standard SC-type sluices, are characterized by a body designed for direct connection of a circular section (for example, a cyclone or a pipeline), without the need for additional transition elements. Such a solution saves a few tens of centimeters in height, which for many customers is a lifesaver when a system (for example, a cyclone with a cellular sluice and a big-bag) must fit in a relatively low room. The total cost of connecting an SCO-type sluice to a circular cross-section is also lower than for SC sluices thanks to the absence of the need to buy adapters (diffusers, confusers).
SCO-type sluices, like SC-type sluices, are available in a number of variants, including ATEX (for operation in hazardous areas), with polyurethane seals (for harsh working conditions), high-temperature (for example, for dryers or coffee roasting equipment), with speed and/or overload sensors, stainless steel and others prepared according to individual needs.

What is a cellular lock?
A cellular sluice, also known as a valve or cellular dispenser, is a device used for the controlled feeding and dispensing of bulk materials such as sawdust, chips, pellets or recyclate. Its main function is to ensure the continuous flow of material while preventing the passage of air between different sections of the conveying system.
Application of the SCO-250 cell lock
The SCO-300x300 model is designed for installation under cyclones or filters in sawdust and chip extraction systems, especially in the lumber industry. Thanks to its design, it effectively separates the cyclone zone from the environment, allowing cyclones to work on the vacuum side. In addition, the airlock is ideal for dispensing a variety of bulk materials, such as pellets, plastic pellets and ground cables.
